Ross Jones, MD, MPH, FAAFP

Ross co-founded the UF Health Urban Health Alliance, a multisector community health innovation hub.
Dr. Jones is the medical director for community health at UF Health and an assistant professor in the Department of Community Health and Family Medicine at the University of Florida College of Medicine – Jacksonville. Prior to his tenure as medical director, he completed the Commonwealth Fund Fellowship in Minority Health Policy at Harvard University. As a result of his interest in using public-private partnerships to improve community health, he co-founded the UF Health Urban Health Alliance, a multisector community health innovation hub. Outside of the hospital, Dr. Jones has served on multiple nonprofit boards.
