Gary C. Norman, JD, LLM

Gary is a resolute public servant gifted with the ability to bring people of unrelated interests together to shape public policy. He serves as co-chair of advisors at Pieces of Me Foundation. Among other positions, he completed a three-year service as chair of the Board of Commissioners at the Maryland Commission on Civil Rights. In 2015, he served as a visiting fellow at the nonpartisan Robert J. Dole Institute of Politics, reflecting on the progress of the Americans with Disabilities Act. In 2002, he graduated from the Presidential Management Fellows Program while working his first guide dog.
