Meena Nutbeam, MS
Program Manager, Resident Outcomes and CORES at Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future
Meena Nutbeam serves as the program manager for resident outcomes and CORES at Stewards of Affordable Housing for the Future (SAHF). In this role, Meena works alongside the Resident Outcomes team to support their efforts related to health and housing. These efforts include the Certified Organization for Resident Engagement and Services (CORES) certification program, which recognizes organizations that have developed a commitment to providing resident-centered and outcomes-driven services. She also collaborates with SAHF members and partners to track and share best practices and provide peer convening support.
Prior to joining SAHF, Meena served as the partnership development coordinator at the nonprofit Kaboom where she aided in the development and growth of funding partnerships and relationships with individual donors. Previously, she also served as the executive director of a Milwaukee-based nonprofit she founded to provide infant safe sleep resources to families, and she worked as a researcher and writer for a learning platform developed by the consulting firm Cook Ross to promote cultural competency in health care providers.
Meena holds her master of science degree in health promotion management and bachelor of science degree in public health from American University in Washington, D.C.
